We have reserved a block of rooms at the Snowbird Ski Resort Cliff Lodge and plan for all participants of Metcalf/AANA 2011 to stay on property.

Online Room Reservations

**Click on "Buy Online" tab located in the far right of the black bar menu, which will open a drop down menu where you will need to click on "Lodging".  Enter in the dates AND group code:  ORTH11.  Online, you will only be able to book a room at the Cliff Lodge with two queen beds.  If you would like any other type of room, you will need to call in to the Central Reservations Department. 

Also, when booking online, full payment is requred at the time of booking with a 3 night minimum stay, whereas, when calling into the Central Reservations Department, you will only be required to pay a two night deposit at the time of booking, then the full amount will be required 30 days prior to arrival. 

Cancellation Policy:  Rooms cancelled 15-29 days prior to arrival will be subject to a cancellation fee equal to two nights lodging and rooms cancelled within 14 days prior to arrival, are non-refundable.
