WINE & CHEESE EVENT
This year we are making plans for a sensational Wine & Cheese event featuring some of Snowbird's finest foods. The celebration will be on Thursday evening following the seminar.  All attendees, guests, and exhibitors are invited.  Several food and wine stations are available for sponsorship with special signage that will acknowledge your company's participation, i.e., "This _______ Station was Brought to You by (your company name)." We invite exhibitor support of food and beverage stations at this fun event. Please indicate your participation on the registration form, and we will follow-up with you.

REGISTRATION
Registration for the 3-1/2 day seminar is $2300 for 6' x 10' booths and $2500 for 8' x 10' or 10' x 10' booths.  The respective fees include the following:

☼ One booth, piped and draped
Admission of two representatives per booth to the exhibit area, general sessions, meal functions and the Wine & Cheese event. A badge fee of $250, which covers food and beverage only, is required for each additional rep.
A badge will be provided each representative for admission to meeting functions.
Participation in all events

BOOTH ASSIGNMENTS

To reserve space:

Fill out the enclosed registration form

Send form and 50% of deposit

Remainder of exhibit fee per booth is due by January 15, 2011.

Submit names of attending reps by March 15, 2011.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Full refund (less $100 per booth administrative fee) for written notice of cancellation received prior to January 31, 2011.

Drapes and signage will be supplied. You may contract with Modern Display for tables, electrical outlets, storage, handling, set-up, etc. They will bill you directly for costs involved. Modern Display will have representatives at Snowbird to assist you and supervise exhibit set-up. You may contact the Exposition Services Department or Mr. Dave Jackman at Modern Display if you have any questions regarding exhibit equipment. Please do not ship directly to Snowbird.
